The longer, delicate coq feathers add movement as they spring forward over the crown and a 'scrunch' of black veiling adds more height at the back. This piece is held firmly on the head by hat elastic which can be well hidden under hair. It is fully lined and is designed to wear centrally placed on the top of the head.
